Michael Ring T.D., Minister for Rural & Community Development, has welcomed the announcement that six new social houses will be built in Kilmaine, Co Mayo, with a budget of €1,103,033.
Minister Ring stated: "The funding for these new units has been provided under the Local Authority Construction Programme under the Rebuilding Ireland Scheme. I have been advised that there will be four three bedroomed units and two four bedroomed units. The Department will be issuing Approval in Principle to the Local Authority shortly."
