Bell X1 play some intimate acoustic shows around Ireland in October, showcasing songs for a new album.
While things seem to have been comparatively quiet this year for the band on the home front, they have been beavering away internationally and making fantastic headway abroad.
Sold-out tours of the US along with TV performances on everything from Letterman to Conan O'Brien and Craig Ferguson have successfully combined with the release of their multi-platinum Irish release, Flock, on US independent label Yep Roc to give them a very real foundation for the release of their new album in 2009. Not to mention highly successful touring in Europe both in their own right and as special guests to Nada Surf.
