As part of Culture Night 2016, Athlone Arts Group will present an exhibition entitled Pictures in an Exhibition at The Bastion Gallery from Friday, September 16.
It will feature an eclectic mix of subjects and mediums and the paintings displayed will be up for sale. They will be on show from 12.30pm to 6pm each day until Saturday, September 24.
Membership of the Athlone Arts Group is now open. The group meets in the Knights of Columbanus Hall next door to St Mary’s Church every Monday night between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. Membership costs €35 for the year.
