Life down the West End has just got that little bit better with the introduction of the John Keoghs special dessert menu. Made in house each day, the desserts in this gastro pub keep drawing a sweet tooth in time and time again.
The sweet spot at John Keoghs is in the desserts and sweet treats, which are all made in house daily by the pastry chef. Indulge in the peanut butter parfait with chocolate ice cream and honeycomb, or a warm chocolate brownie with chocolate mousse and vanilla ice cream, and then there is the fresh raspberry tartlet, served with mascarpone cheese, orange puree, and walnut ice cream.
These desserts paired with a highball or crisp white wine are ideal for a post work Friday night tipple or a lengthy Saturday debrief with the girls. A sweet treat and a refreshing drink in the snug or at the bar makes for the dream pairing.
