Triple concert at Gullane’s, Ballinasloe, in aid of charities

Ballinasloe music fans are in for a real treat next Thursday June 21 when a triple concert takes place at 8pm in Gullane’s Hotel. Even better, it is in aid of two good causes; East Galway Cancer Support and Ballinasloe Social Services.
For those of you whose memories stretch back to the showband days of the Log Cabin in Gullane’s, a reunion will take place in the hotel ballroom. It will feature many of the bands who played in the Log Cabin’s heyday and is sure to be a nostalgic night of great music.
For those who are too young to remember the Log Cabin, a gig featuring some up and coming bands will take place in Foresters, upstairs in Gullane’s.
For trad music fans of all ages, there will be a session at the Front Bar. Players and spectators are equally welcome, so bring your instruments.
