Maree Oranmore FC teams up with A Lust For Life for fundraiser

Maree Oranmore Football Club is proud to announce its partnership with A Lust for Life as the official charity partner for their upcoming Win A Home in Oranmore fundraiser. The partnership was officially launched last month at Iconic Offices - The Masonry, Dublin.

Niall McBride, Development Treasurer at Maree Oranmore Football Club, expressed excitement about the collaboration, saying, “We are delighted to be teaming up with A Lust for Life as our chosen charity partner for the Win A Home in Oranmore fundraiser. We believe we hold very similar goals and aspirations to provide the best platform for our young people to succeed both in sport and in life.

Bernie Keogh, Managing Director of A Lust for Life, shared similar sentiments.

“A Lust for Life and Maree Oranmore FC both understand the importance of community & connection to wellbeing. Through this fundraiser, we hope to raise €100,000 to support the completion of our primary school programme, which has been delivered is in over 3,335 classrooms in 1140 schools nationwide, reaching over 79,000 children since launching in 2020 and to fund the development of our first year programme for secondary schools.

The Win A Home in Oranmore fundraiser is set to be a landmark initiative, combining a passion for sports, community, and wellbeing with a shared commitment to mental health advocacy. Maree Oranmore Football Club and A Lust for Life invite the community to join them in this worthy cause and contribute to creating a positive impact on mental health awareness and support.

When you enter this draw, you are supporting Maree Oranmore FC. This initiative not only aims to generate funds to support the construction of new all-weather pitches, but it also provides a unique opportunity for someone to become the proud owner of a brand-new, AA-rated, 3-bedroom house in Oranmore, County Galway.

Tickets are available for purchase at winahomeinoranmore.ie for just €100. The draw is scheduled for March 17 2024, when the lucky winner will claim ownership of House Number 44 in Tobair Óráin, Oranmore, Co Galway.
