The Body Transformation is a 28 day transformation starting on May 13. During the transformation you get a nutrition plan designed specifically for you by a Mayo Weight Loss Clinic dietitian along with three hours of fat burning workouts each week at Niamh Moffatt Fitness.
Your nutrition plan will guide you through your transformation and also in your maintenance phase once you have reached your goals. There are loads of fitness classes on offer at Niamh Moffatt Fitness which you can choose your three hours of training from. Classes include 30 minute tone, 30 minute kettlebells, bootcamp, boxericse, kettlebells, 20/20/20 (circuits/kettlebells/abs ) and a Monday morning 7am circuit class. The nutrition and fitness consultation takes place on Tuesday, April 23, where you will meet with both your trainer and dietitian. You will be ready and armed with your nutrition and exercise plan for the Body Transformation starting May 13.
