Marjorie is giving a three week cookery course in her home in Brigown, The Quay, Ballina commencing on November 16 and running for three consecutive Wednesday nights from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. This three night class will give you some fresh and inexpensive ideas to delight your family and even your friends, using the best produce of the season.
The course will cover all aspects of cooking but will concentrate on tasty, healthy, nutritional meals with emphasis on beautiful presentation.
Festive cooking day
On Saturday November 19 from 10am to 3.30pm a one day course will help you get ready for those festive occasions, as you learn to prepare cider baked ham accompanied with special red cabbage with cranberries and savoury stuffing rolls. To complete the meal, enjoy Marjorie’s brandy and Bailey’s cheesecake. To add to this, there will be a few surprise treats to keep you sweet.
