All For The Love of Mammy at Dean Crowe

Margaret McKenna Mullan is back in The Dean Crowe Theatre for one night only on Thursday, March 22, with her play, All For The Love Of Mammy.

The play is directed by Jackie Madden and performed by the No Fixed Abode group in aid of Athlone Wheelchair Association, and audiences are promised a touching and sentimental evening.

All For The Love of Mammy is a humorous and touching play about the relationship between mother and daughter, as roles are reversed and the daughter becomes the carer and protector of her aging mum. The play depicts the humour and sadness between the pair as Alzheimer’s and dementia overcome their lives.

Margaret Mckenna has had huge success with her previous plays, The Sleeveens, Let’s Twist Again, No Harm Done, Catch Me if You Can, Promises Promises, and Hindsight Foresight For Gobshites.
