Mary Whelan Fox from Athlone recently took part in the Leinster School of Music and Drama’s free music and drama workshops at Griffith College, Dublin.
The one-day event provided teachers and trainee teachers in the music and drama industries with a day of speeches and workshops by established professionals and lecturers from the LSMD Faculty at Griffith College.
The workshops, which usually cost €100, were offered free of charge to celebrate the recognition by the QQI (formerly HETAC and FETAC ) of the LSMD classical music grade exams.
