Toyota’s 221 model offers available for new car sales registered before end of December

Toyota Ireland has some 221 offers for new car sales registered on or before December 31 2021.

They include their ‘Easy PCP’ from 3.9 per cent APR, finance contributions of up to €2,500, and trade-in boosters of up to €3,500 for non-finance customers looking to move away from diesel into lower CO2 emission hybrids.

Due to the well-documented global supply issues currently affecting the motoring industry, and the continuing growth in interest for electric and hybrid cars, 221 demand is expected to exceed supply. Toyota is urging interested parties to contact their local dealer and come in early to guarantee delivery for Q1, even though they may not qualify for the above offers.

As Ireland continues its migration into more sustainable, lower CO2 emitting vehicles, Toyota claims that their range of self-charging hybrids offer the widest choice of affordable hybrid electrified options for the environmentally conscious driver. It adds that for the best example, Toyota’s new generation Yaris hybrid can drive in zero emissions mode for up to 80 per cent of the time in city or urban driving conditions.

Toyota also says that it’s range also has the lowest CO2 output of all mass market car brands, and as such, is comparatively least affected by the forthcoming VRT increases in Budget 2022, making them more competitively priced than ever.

However, a decision by the Government to remove the €2,500 grant for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles from 1 January 2022 will impact on such purchases.
