Popular Irish singer, Mary Coughlan has announced the release of a brand new single ‘Forward Bound’, due out tomorrow, Friday, February 5.
‘Forward Bound’ is taken from her critically acclaimed album ‘Life Stories’, released in September 2020 and currently available to buy and download.
This single release follows her compelling interview on The Tommy Tiernan show in recent times.
Speaking about the record Mary explains the meaning behind the song.
”The song is about embarking a new relationship after another divorce, The feeling of exhilaration especially being an older woman. It’s a great feel good song, I think we all need a bit of that these days,” Mary remarked.
