Why don’t you and your family take part in a 5km fun walk/run in Westport on Sunday December 28 at 2pm?
The walk/run takes you on a 5km route where the scenery alone is worth participating for. You can enjoy the magnificent grounds of Westport House while you walk or run with views of Croagh Patrick in the background. After all the excess food and drink over the Christmas what better way to feel good and get some fresh air?
Afterwards enjoy refreshments in the Leisure Centre and enjoy friendly chat and even some tea and Christmas cake. And you never know you might even win a spot prize!
Entries are taken at the Westport Athletic Club track from 12.30pm (off the Newport Road, Westport ). Entries are €10 per person or €20 for the whole family.
