Costing and pricing for your business
Have you ever wondered what is mark up or margin? How do I calculate my break even point? What factors should I consider when pricing my product? These are all the questions that will be answered at the next MOCC meeting due to take place on Wednesday August 1 at 9.30am in the Innovation in Business Centre (IiBC) at GMIT Castlebar. Tracey Glacken from Glacken Accountants (www.glackenaccountants.com) will guide you through the steps of costing and pricing for your business.
Tracey Glacken is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and has worked for 13 years in practice. Ms Glacken has advised clients in many different sectors from small start up business to medium sized companies and has extensive experience in statutory audit, financial and management reporting. With a strong personal and professional approach she can offer her clients practical and pro active advice.
MOCC is a business network run by businesspeople for businesspeople. The event is free of charge. All meetings last between one hour and 90 minutes, and the new 9.30am meeting time is in response to demand from members.
