It’s a new year, is it going to be a new you? We all know that exercise is vital for keeping our heart healthy, and that our bodies can benefit greatly from it. Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut, following the same exercise routine and not seeing any change in our bodies. Do you want to try something new?

Fitness4U is here to help, it is starting some new classes to help you hit the ground running, raise that heart rate and shift some pounds. The classes are going to help you improve your health, turn that fat into muscle, and change your life. Each session will be different and invigorating; together we will strengthen the body, sharpen the mind and make sure the body is getting the fuel it needs. You will feel refreshed and revitalised.

So take that first step and sign up, only you can make the change. Fitness4U classes will include body pump and tone, Pilates, spinning and boot camp. The one-hour sessions run over six weeks, with small groups, have prices starting from €49.
