The new term at The Spanish Institute starts on September 18 and will offer a variety of Spanish classes for beginner, improver, intermediate, and advanced levels. Courses are also available for children and teenagers, including Junior and Leaving Cert preparation.
The classes take place in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The new schedule is available on the institute’s Facebook page and website.
The Spanish Institute’s modern and well equipped study centre, along with its qualified native teachers, provides a friendly learning environment in which students are encouraged to learn through interacting with one another. Along with language courses, The Spanish Institute plans to offer a variety of Hispanic cultural events and activities.
Spanish is by far one of the most popular language, and with 500 million speakers worldwide across 44 countries on five continents, it is easy to see why. Many Irish people regularly make leisure or business trips to Spain and Latin America, and enjoy the Spanish culture and food that is so popular in Galway, due to our shared historical connections. The Spanish Institute hopes to celebrate and preserve this connection and encourages local people to enjoy the Spanish language and culture, through its language courses and events, including tapas evenings, salsa nights, and immersion trips.
