There may be rain ahead, but DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard is promising a hot property auction on July 28.

Local auctioneer James Heaslip, MIPAV, MCEI, who heads the DNG auction team, has been on fire this year on the auction floor, producing a 92 per cent success rate from auction properties.

Heaslip says the team at Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard is "very proud" of its success rate.
