This Mother's Day families can enjoy a leisurely lunch in Restaurant gigi's, winner of Best Hotel Restaurant in Galway at the g hotel.
Restaurant gigi's offers a choice of two menus; a traditional Sunday lunch or a sharing menu, featuring a starter board for two guests of some of the most popular appetisers, followed by a choice of whole seabass to share or a roast Irish lamb platter. Both main course options on the Mother's Day sharing menu are served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes.
Alternatively, the traditional Sunday lunch menu presents five starters, including asparagus soup, ham hock terrine and smoked salmon with wasabi aioli, followed by mouth-watering main courses such as roast duck breast, braised short ribs of beef, and delicious silver hake. With a wide range of dishes, head chef Jason O'Neill's Mother's Day menu ensures there are flavours for everyone.
Both menus are served in Restaurant gigi's from 12.30pm to 3.30pm with pricing at €32.00 for two courses and €36.50 for four courses. Restaurant gigi's offers a children's menu from €12.00 with activity booklet, as well as complimentary underground parking, newspapers and Wi-Fi.
For those who would prefer afternoon tea, the g Hotel is famed for its divinely tempting and artistically arranged seasonal afternoon teas.
