First time buyers and investors flock to O’Donnellan & Joyce open viewings

More than 70 properties were opened to the public by O’Donnellan & Joyce throughout the western seaboard this week, from Galway to Donegal and from Galway to Kerry, where first time buyers and investors in particular flocked to view what is believed to be one of the largest auctions ever held in the west of Ireland.

Properties with a value of almost €12 million are to go under the hammer with O’Donnellan at the company's Wild Atlantic Way all day auction on Wednesday May 4. The auction will take place in the Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway. Interested parties can register from 9am at the Harbour Hotel and the auction will get under way at 10am.
