Dacia Jogger surpasses 1,000 mark

Over 1,000 Dacia Jogger cars have been registered in Ireland so far this year.

Blending sports tourer versatility with the comfort and rugged style of an SUV, the versatile seven-seater formed the basis for the brand’s first ever hybrid model, and has been an attractive proposition for Irish drivers from the off.

The Jogger has grown even more appealing as the year has progressed with the addition of the 'Extreme' specification boasting such features as exclusive Cedar Green paintwork and contrasting Copper Brown details, highly durable MicroCloud upholstery, and the Extended Grip function that adjusts the electronic stability control settings to optimise traction on loose surfaces.

With the arrival of the Jogger Hybrid 140, Dacia’s first-ever hybrid, the model now gives larger families the chance to enjoy the benefits of electrified motoring, featuring a 1.6-litre petrol engine, two electric motors, multi-mode transmission and a 1.2kWh battery.

With up to 5.0l/100km combined (WLTP ) and CO2 emissions of up to 112g/km, the Jogger Hybrid also offers the opportunity to drive in smooth and silent all-electric mode up to 80 per cent of the time on city roads.

Available in two trim levels: 'Expression' and 'Extreme SE', standard specification includes automatic air conditioning, cruise control, rear parking sensors and rear parking camera, automatic headlights and wipers, blind spot warning, keyless entry, heated and electrically adjustable door mirrors, media display with an eight-inch touchscreen and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Meanwhile, the newly introduced Sleep Pack option strengthens the Jogger’s adventurous nature. The Sleep Pack is Dacia’s first new accessory launched as part of the InNature range and cleverly turns the Jogger’s spacious interior into a sleeping area for two in minutes. It includes a 220-litre storage box that can be accessed with the double bed folded or unfolded, only requiring the removal of the third row of seats to fit.

For the 241-registration period, Dacia Ireland is offering customers the Jogger for “just €7.77 a day”. Low prices and affordable and flexible finance options are available across the Dacia range with a competitive 6.9 per cent APR PCP and a zero deposit on PCP for all new and existing customers.

241-finance offers applies to all models on orders taken and registered by 31st January 2024. Dacia Ireland adds that customers can take off on in a new Duster on the road from as little as €6.50 per day; the Sandero from as little as €5 a day and the Stepway from just €5.50 per day.
