Any idea why July 19 should be so important?
For the first time, Galway celebrates July 19 with a Father Ted Table Quiz. If you attended the TedFest Table Quiz in March, fear not - this will be a totally different but still blessed night of craic celebrating Ireland’s most divine TV comedy.
All questions will be Father Ted-related and will include picture, audio & activity rounds. Interactive rounds may include a Lovely Person Competition, a TeaMaster Trial, a Dancing Priest Showdown, and whatever other divine inspiration comes to the quizzers. There will be prizes for the three top-scoring teams including bar tabs, rounds of drinks & exclusive event tickets - as well as spot prizes for Best Dressed and Best Team Name.
The quiz will take place in Massimos on Wednesday July 19, 2023, the Year of Our Lord. Doors are from 7pm.
