A weight loss expert from Enniscrone has struck gold twice for the exceptional work she does in helping hundreds of people to lose weight at their local Slimming World groups in Ballina and Castlebar.
Bernie O'Donnell, who runs the groups who meet in the Ballina Manor Hotel and the Parish Centre in Castlebar every week, has been awarded gold status by the National Slimming Club for both groups because of the success in supporting slimmers to reach their dream weight and the super service she supplies her members weekly.
The accolade is given to Slimming World consultants who consistently have 100 or more members in their group over several months, and the service they provide is so good that members come back week after week because they are losing weight and would not miss their group for anything.
It represents the highest level of service in the company, the results from the group's members being second to none. Slimming World members can expect expert advice and great results from following the Slimming World plan. With Bernie's help and support along with that of the members in each group, members learn how to eat foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta, lean meats, fish, chicken, vegetables, proteins, fruits, and much more, and see the excellent results in weight loss. They also learn how to include family meals, parties, and eating out into their plan and still lose weight.
Bernie O'Donnell has worked at many jobs in the past such as publican, beautician, and in the food and catering industry, but without doubt the she says the best career she has had is working with Slimming World.
