Mayo lead by 1-4 to 0-5, but have now kicked ten wides in the opening 30 minutes. Leitrim have set up to soak up the Mayo attacks and hit on the counter. Mayo struggled early on to get to grips with the Leitrim tactics, but once they did they dominated the play but kicked wide after wide that could cost them. Michael Hall's goal the real highlight of the night so far. He broke with pace from the defence took the ball on the run and left Flynn no chance in the Leitrim goal.

No changes to the starting 15s its been announced over the PA. Leitrim have five of their u21 team who played in last years Connacht final loss to Roscommon and have five of their minor side from last year in their starting 15.


Both teams are out on the field ahead of the game, Mayo in their new black away shirt and Leitrim in their change yellow. No word of any changes to the starting 15's yet. No black shorts or socks for the Mayo team tonight, traditional white shorts and red socks.
