Irish language record attempt in Castlebar

Comhrá 24/7 will be the longest continuous conversation in the Irish language ever held, running from September 29 to October 6, in a bid to create a conversational world record as part of Bliain na Gaeilge 2013.

In Castlebar participants are hosting a group and using the internet, they will link up as Comhrá 24/7 streams live on the record attempt’s online page at www.gaeilge2013.ie You can join in setting this world record by going along to Le Chéile Family Resource Centre, Tucker Street, Castlebar, on Friday October 4 between 1pm and 2pm.

Participants can also interact with Comhrá 24/7 on Twitter by using the hashtag #comhra247.
