As part of its Raising Spirits Campaign, the centre is hosting another public talk in the Wyatt Hotel on Thursday April 19 at 8pm.
Derval Dunford will lead a talk on mindfulness. She will also be providing practical tools to help us to be mindful of ourselves in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
