Former Mayo person of the year and Kiltimagh native Louis Walsh has “vigorously denied” allegations that he indecently assaulted a 24-year-old man.
A spokeswoman for the X Factor judge said Mr Walsh would “willingly co-operate” with any investigation but said he had not been contacted by the gardaí.
According to The Sun newspaper, gardaí are investigating the alleged incident in a Dublin nightclub.
