Fit4Life commences in Castlebar

Fit4Life meet and train has commenced at St Mary’s track, Castlebar (behind GMIT ).

Walkers, joggers, and runners are welcome to attend and train under supervision with like-minded people on Mondays at 7.30pm.

The cost of the course is €25 which covers you for insurance for the year with Athletics Ireland.
