Operation Transformation is back! It may be a little bit different this year, but they are still promoting the same message – ‘Get up, get out, Get Active’.
Mayo Sports Partnership has a six-week programme for 2021 suitable for any beginner new to exercise or just looking to try something new!
They have included introduction sessions to Yoga, Pilates, Strength and conditioning and some talks on Nutrition and mindfulness, as well as some tips on better and different walking techniques.
Along with this programme they have a walking challenge with a difference. Weekly challenges set in conjunction with their weekly activity, which will total 120k at the end of the six weeks!
There will also be a number of easy-to-follow fitness tests which you can do yourself both pre and post your six-week challenge.
