The Aurivo Co-Op brand, Connacht Gold, introduces newest additions to the popular protein milk range. Including brand-new strawberry and chocolate flavours, all Connacht Gold Protein Milk varieties are high in protein and made with natural, fresh Irish semi-skimmed milk.

With no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, the newly re-designed products are high in protein, calcium and contain both casein and whey proteins, that are naturally found in milk. The original protein milk leads the range with 25g of protein included in the 500ml bottle. The 100 per cent dairy product is also low in fat and has no added sugar included. While the high protein chocolate and strawberry variations get their distinct delicious flavour from only natural ingredients.

To launch the new protein bottle and design, along with the complimentary flavoured milks also part of the family, Connacht Gold caught up with brand ambassador Kevin McLoughlin, he said, “There are so many benefits to protein milk. I drink Connacht Gold Protein milk every day as it’s a healthy source of hydration and a great aid for muscle development. The new look and feel to the protein milk product is very attractive with its clean design communicating the freshness of the product. With the addition of chocolate and strawberry flavoured milk also high in protein now added to the range we have an even tastier way to get our dairy goodness and protein intake.”

Karen McGarty, Communications and Brand Manager for Aurivo said: “The Connacht Gold brand has seen fantastic growth in recent times. We feel that with the launch and redesign of the new Protein Milk range, this will continue its ongoing success. The range which is high in protein, is a healthy source of hydration and a great aid for muscle development – a perfect refreshment after a difficult training session. As the milk contains both carbohydrates and protein it can be considered a low cost everyday alternative to other recovery supplements.
