World famous Ahascragh milliner Philip Treacy is to design an exclusive collection of individual diamond engagement rings with matching wedding bands which will be created by Voltaire Diamonds.
The bespoke diamond jewellery collection will be launched in early 2013 in time for Valentines’ Day engagements.
A stylish presentation box for the special ring collection will reflect Philip Treacy’s renowned originality.
Each set of rings, which can be purchased separately, will have an individual identity reflecting the emotional commitment involved in engagement and marriage, according to the designer.
“We want the collection pieces to represent beautiful, highly desirable, emotional symbols of love, which are also exclusive, treasured possessions,” he said as the project detail was finalised recently.
A unique collaboration, the Voltaire Diamonds Philip Treacy Collection will meet a market demand for prestige and exclusivity in engagement and wedding rings, as well as presenting exceptional pieces of jewellery, according to Seamus Fahy, the chief executive of Voltaire Diamonds.
“Bringing Philip Treacy’s design originality and remarkable vision to the creation of these rings will create an exceptionally special offering for brides-to-be and provides a fresh and new creative option that will appeal to a discerning clientele.”
Appointments will be available from September to view the exclusive design drawings for the Voltaire Diamonds Philip Treacy Collection. Items can be reserved in advance by those wishing to own one of the unique first edition rings.
Founded in 2006 by Seamus Fahy, Voltaire Diamonds create bespoke diamond rings and jewellery pieces. A former oil and commodities trader, Mr Fahy turned his expertise to the areas of gemstones and precious metals and has established a thriving bespoke business.
