Supporters’ buses
Galway United Supporters’ Trust is organising several buses to Dublin for tomorrow’s crucial match.
Galway city departure: Contact Ronan Coleman 087-697 2823 or Conor Holland 087-218 4132.The bus will depart from outside Fibber Magees, Eyre Square, at 3pm sharp.
Athenry departure: Contact Martin Morrissey 091-844876. The bus will depart from The Square Inn, Athenry, at 1.30pm.
Travelling by car: Take the M50 to the Dun Laoghaire exit and follow Leopardstown Road to a roundabout, take the second exit onto Brewery Road and follow to the N11, Stillorgan Road, turn left and follow the N11 North to the Belfield flyover at the Montrose Hotel. Exit the dual carriageway to the left and park in the car park to the right. Follow the path from the far corner of the car park which will bring you to the Health Science building. The ground is on the opposite side of that.
To park nearer the ground, turn left onto Foster's Avenue (opposite the Radisson Hotel). This is before the Belfield flyover. Turn right onto Roebuck Road. After about a kilometre, turn right again at the T-junction. The Clonskeagh entrance to Belfield is signposted a short distance further on. Park in the car park on the left straight after the tennis courts.
