Local store helps fight against breast cancer
Staff at Furniture Connexions Galway are doing their bit for charity by helping to raise money for breast cancer charities with the launch of a limited edition Slumberland pink bed in association with the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
For every sale of the pink bed, a donation of €60 goes directly to the Pink Ribbon Foundation (reg charity no 1080839) which provides financial support to Irish breast cancer charities.
The stylish pink bed will complement any bedroom with its expertly designed pink mattress and base. The specially designed pink bed is available to purchase this month to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness month in October. As an additional bonus customers will receive four free pocket sprung pillows with every 4’6, 5’0”, or 6’0” divan set purchased.

Worldwide approximately one million per year develop the disease and in Ireland approximately 2,500 are diagnosed with breast cancer every year.
