Martine’s comes of age
Having celebrating its 10th birthday this summer, Martine’s is looking forward to the next 10 years, and has a whole raft of improvements, ideas, and offers in store for the year ahead.
Martine’s has always believed in great quality, local food served with a smile and washed down with carefully chosen wines. Now the beef, salmon, and salads are all organic and the chicken is all free-range. And even better news is that it won’t break the bank – by offering generous portions, and dishes priced comparably with similar non-organic menus available in Galway, Martine’s is challenging the perception that organic has to mean overpriced and gimmicky. Wine is also dear to the hearts of the Martine’s team, and they offer many wines not found elsewhere in Galway.
Martine’s the first restaurant in the city to install the Verre du Vin system, which removes air from open bottles to keep them fresh, and this means that it can offer the city’s largest list of wine by the glass.
