This Sunday is National Play Day and it will be marked in Galway by a range of activities for children.
The main activities will take place in the recently opened Merlin Woods City Park off the Doughiska Road from 2pm to 4pm.
The focus is on fun and games with the opportunity for children to participate in rugby, basketball, soccer, and other sporting activities.
