Marc Roberts, the Galway based singer-songwriter and Galway Bay FM presenter has released his new album The Promise.
The Promise is Marc’s fourth studio album. It is a collection of 13 songs including some self-penned, co-writes with X-Factor finalist Ben Mills, The High Kings’ Darren Holden, and Charlie McGettigan, as well as some covers.
The title track has received praise from Michael Flatley who has described the song as a “truly powerful, haunting, and poignant anthem that evokes a heart-breaking image of the luckless and dispossessed Irish emigrant in America pining for the old sod and his own people.”
The Promise is in all record shops now and available from www.marcroberts.ie
