With Ireland enduring its worst financial crises in decades, many are asking, where did it all go wrong? Where does the blame lie? And most importantly who can mend the damage?
A debate on the current government, entitled The Dáil Comes to the Kirwan, will be hosted by the NUI, Galway Literary & Debating Society in the Kirwan Lecture Theatre, Main Arts Concourse NUIG, this evening at 7pm.
The Minister for Community, Rural, and Gaeltacht Affairs Éamon Ó Cuív as well as representatives from Fine Gael, Labour, and the Green Party will discuss the aforementioned issues, in addition to discussing the current Government, the Opposition, and public perceptions of both.
