Get toned at lunchtime
Energie fitness for women understands that it can be difficult to find the time to exercise, but by introducing a moderate amount into your daily life, you can significantly improve your overall health, well-being, and quality of life. Not only will you look and feel much better, you will prevent the onset of illnesses such as cancer, and heart disease.
It will take a lot more time to deal with medical problems in the future than to exercise now, so we must make the time.
1.4 per cent is the percentage of your week that five 30 minute exercise sessions require, enough for a health-boosting dose of exercise Monday through Friday.
Energie developed a solution to the problem of not having time to exercise by introducing a ‘Lunchtime express abs blast workout’. This consists of 30 minutes of non-stop tummy exercises, with results visible in as little as one month.
At only five euro per class, or free for members, there is no excuse for not having a flat toned stomach. Classes also run on mornings and evenings. Call Regina on 091 769800 for further details or go along to an open morning on Monday October 12 where 100 per cent natural aloe vera products will be on display, including detox products, make-up, and anti ageing products. Energie will also be giving out VIP gym passes on the morning.
