One hundred and eightyyyyyyyyy— World darts champion Phil Taylor comes to Salthill

Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor will be appear at the Salthill Hotel on Wednesday October 14 as part of an evening of exciting entertainment and darts spectacular.
This will be the first ever appearance in the west of Ireland for the 14 times World Darts Champion, who is coming to Galway in association with John Mulholland bookmaker, and the Eglinton Casino. VIP ticket holders will get to meet and eat with the living legend as a precursor to the night. The Ireland v Montenegro football match will be covered live on giant flat screens throughout the function room, followed by the darts spectacular.
Taylor will step up on to the oche to take on 16 players representing the best of Galway talent, from former national champions and celebrities to young up and coming sensations.
Listeners to Galway Bay FM have the opportunity to enter a competition to be the 16th player to challenge Taylor. Unsuccessful candidates will be put in a raffle for event tickets.
