Oughterard shop sells lucky lotto

A family from the west are celebrating their good fortune in the recent National Lottery’s Millionaire Raffle after winning €100,000.
The family, who wish their win to remain private, bought their ticket from Oughterard’s Michael Keogh & Sons Ltd.
The family collected their cheque from the National Lottery offices this week, saying: “This is incredibly good timing for us and we have lots of ideas of how to spend the money.”
The family struck lucky in the Millionaire Raffle which saw 532 players in Ireland win cash prizes ranging from €500 to €1 million.
