Well-known Irish fashion house Pamela Scott is helping to raise awareness and vital funds for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI ) through the sale of its stunning Pink Ribbon Scarf in stores nationwide throughout October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Ireland, with approximately one in seven women expected to develop the disease and more than 4,000 new cases diagnosed each year.

The National Breast Cancer Research Institute funds a comprehensive research programme at the Lambe Institute, University of Galway, where researchers are working to improve the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Funds raised through the sale of the scarf will help support the breast cancer research programme and contribute to the development of better outcomes for patients.

Featuring the charity’s iconic pink ribbon, the scarf is a stylish way to show support for breast cancer research during October. The Pink Ribbon Scarf retails for just €10 and is available in Pamela Scott stores nationwide.

So this October, why not wrap up in pink and help support breast cancer research.
