This is the third in a series of events running nationwide designed to empower individuals with the tools to future-proof their health with advice on cancer prevention, nutrition, exercise, and overall wellbeing. Each workshop features a panel of experts sharing evidence-based advice in an accessible and supportive setting.

In addition, the Marie Keating Foundation Mobile Information Unit will be in attendance from 11am to 3pm, manned by a community nurse providing a welcoming, confidential space where attendees can speak privately with a trained nurse. There will also be a host of local wellness providers in attendance ready to offer advice or share information about their services.

This event is free of charge and open to everyone, individuals, community groups, sports teams, or businesses in the area wanting to focus more on wellness.
