Oranmore Lodge Hotel recently hosted their Employee Long Service Appreciation Evening. The hotel owners wished to express their sincere gratitude and recognition to team members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment through many years of service. They were delighted to honour the following employees for their outstanding contributions:
Over 20 years plus service

Bernie Connolly – Food & Beverage Supervisor

Martina Coen – Accounts Manager
Over five years plus service
Marian Murray – Leisure Club Manager
Tadeusz Gil – Kitchen Assistant
Pawel Hajewski – Kitchen Assistant
Paulina Niechwiadowicz – Accommodation Manager
Eva Hocmanova – Accommodation Assistant
As a token of the hotel’s appreciation, each recipient was presented with a commemorative crystal plaque in recognition of their years of dedicated service. In addition, they received a monetary award in line with their years of service as a gesture of gratitude for their loyalty, commitment, and valuable contribution to the success of the hotel.
Brian O’Higgins, Managing Director said on behalf of himself and his wife Mary, that in over 40 years in business, the hotel had provided employment to thousands of local and international employees.
“From local teenagers seeking their first job as young students, some now second generation families, those seeking full or part time work at all ages in life to those arriving in our country in seek of new adventures, some settling and making this country their home.
“Today, In Ireland, the hospitality industry is enriched by this multiculutural and multi generational dimension,” he added.
Padraig Nolan, General Manager remarked that as a small independent hotel company, they would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to each of these valued team members. “Their dedication, professionalism, and hard work have played an important role in the continued success of the hotel, and the company is very proud to celebrate these significant milestones with team members and colleagues,” he added.
