As Connacht Rugby prepare for the return of Champions Cup rugby, their new 2026/27 home jersey has been released.
In partnership with Macron Sports and INTERSPORT Elverys, the new Connacht Rugby home jersey for next season has hit the market. The kit design takes its inspiration from the fierce eagle and sword from the Connacht crest.
According to Connacht Rugby, the new jersey respects tradition while embracing progress. The new jersey is a statement of confidence, ambition, and pride and embodies the relentless mindset long associated with the club. The shirt was designed to give a new edge to what promises to be a massive season at Dexcom Stadium.
Jersey details include sharp detailing and subtle graphic elements which echo the strength and precision of the crest, giving the jersey a bold, contemporary edge. While the iconic Connacht green remains at its core, vibrant lighter green accents introduce a fresh, modern energy that reflects the evolution of the club's identity.
The jersey is again made from Macron’s Eco Fabric, a 100 per cent polyester derived from post-consumer recycled plastic, and will be worn for the first time on Saturday, August 8 when Connacht Women take on Ulster in the first round of the Vodafone IRFU Women’s Interprovincial Championship.
