Amnesty’s Freedom Café hosts Living Foods evening
Amnesty International’s Freedom Café in Middle Street will host a Living Foods Lifestyle event on Tuesday at 7pm about ‘guilt free foods’ which promote good health and energy, without counting calories.
Sílvia Packter, originally from Brazil, has trained in the Living Foods Lifestyle through the Ann Wigmore Foundation directly with world-renowned Dr Ann Wigmore, pioneer in Wheatgrass Therapy and Living Foods in Boston, USA.
Aside from studying Naturopathy in Britain, Síl also worked as a freelance writer on health for leading magazines and is currently working on her own Deluxe Limited Edition Brazilian Seduction, in which she carefully adapts traditional dessert recipes into highly healthy ones.
Síl will bring samples for the audience to taste and will teach us how to make delicious raw food such as chocolate mousse, pizza, sun mango bread, chocolate chip cookie ice cream, Brazil nut milk, and cashew raspberry cheesecake.
Bookings for seats and a fee of €10 in advance are required. For more information contact Amnesty International on 091 - 533637
