The Snug has a great line-up of local musical talent and top sports coverage this weekend to whet the appetite.

The entertainment begins on Thursday, March 9, when David Hughes takes to the stage from 9pm.

Then, on Friday, it is the big one that you are all waiting for, as Ireland travel to Cardiff to face Wales in a crunch Six Nations game. Top scorers at this year's tournament, a win in this weekend's match will set up a competition decider against old enemy, England. Six Nations coverage continues on Saturday, March 11, when Italy take on France from 1.30pm, while England face off against neighbours Scotland from 4pm in what should be an absolute belter. Double D will take to the stage from 10pm.

GAA coverage returns on Sunday, March 12, from 2pm. Stick around after and catch live Premier League action when struggling Liverpool welcome Burnley to Anfield at 4pm. Music will be provided on Sunday night by Brian Mc Cormack and Small Deal, at 7pm and 9pm respectively.
