Cribbin’s men face improving Leitrim

Tom Cribbin’s Westmeath host Leitrim in a vital Allianz Football League Division Four clash at Cusack Park on Sunday at 2pm.

Westmeath have registered three points from their first two fixtures in the competition, drawing with Carlow before defeating Limerick.

That success at the Gaelic Grounds was a boost for Westmeath, who will be aware the threat an improving Leitrim carry.

Brendan Guckian’s charges produced a spirited display in their last match, but Wexford were still able to carve out a victory at Carrick-on-Shannon.
