Get ready for the Doggy Dash 5k in aid of MADRA — Next Sunday week, on October 9, the first ever MADRA 5k will take place at Cappagh Park, Knocknacarra. The event is open to everyone with the aim of encouraging social running in a fun, friendly setting, welcoming both seasoned runners as well as beginners and walkers.
