Tommy Carew is a designer and maker of wooden furniture and hand carved wood sculptures. Tommy recently moved to Galway with his family and has set up a studio workshop in Newcastle from where he makes handmade furniture and sculptures and runs Tommy Carew Design. O’Donnellan & Joyce recorded the largest volume of auction sales this year to date, when it held its second Wild Atlantic Way property auction on Wednesday May 4. The company recorded €9 million in property sales on the day. Properties throughout the western seaboard from Galway to Donegal and Galway down to Kerry went under the auction hammer. The auction room in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, was packed to capacity with more than 700 people in attendance at the morning and afternoon sessions.
