Green Lotus Yoga is once again running its 200 hour foundation teacher training in January 2018 at The Yoga Shala, Gort, Galway. It is also offering a 300-hour advanced training for teachers and a variety of four day CPD trainings in yoga anatomy, yin, inversions, and tantra.
Yoga centres and teachers across Ireland will be donating the proceeds of their classes to ActionAid’s ongoing work in Nepal this June.
