Big changes within Power

Power & Associates, a leading independent commercial property consultant, has just announced significant changes within its organisation. Power & Associates has rebranded as Power Property commercial and residential property consultants, chartered valuation surveyors, and estate agents.

Over the past 25 years, Power & Associates has specialised in the provision of commercial property services and has successfully created a new residential department within the firm. The services provided by Power Property will now include residential sales and acquisitions, commercial sales, lettings and acquisitions, valuations, rent reviews, property portfolio audits, asset management, development consultancy, compulsory purchase orders, and rating.

Power Property has a strong regional presence with offices in Galway, Limerick, and Athlone.

This week PJ Power, managing director of Power Property, announced that the company is making significant changes to its business including the appointment of Claire Moran, BSc (hons ) real estate, HDip Bus, to the position of associate director. Ms Moran will head the new residential department within Power Property.

Claire Moran qualified from Limerick Institute of Technology with a BSc (hons ) degree in real estate and then went on to successfully pursue a HDip in business studies at NUIG. She re-joined Power & Associates in 2016, having previously worked with the firm at its Limerick office in 2007/2008. Now with some nine years’ experience in both the residential and commercial property market, she looks forward to expanding Power Property’s residential division.
